Amanda is a Licensed Registered Dietitian who specializes in treating eating disorders and disordered eating with extensive experience in menu planning, behavior change, meal support, exposure therapy, and healing relationships with body and movement. Her focus and passion lies in helping individuals prioritize health with freedom opposed to dieting and rigidity. Amanda has a passion for helping individuals discover that health and wellness does not have to look restrictive and inflexible, as society prompts people to believe. She takes an individualized approach with each client utilizing intuitive-eating based principles, helping clients reduce overall stress and improve their relationship with food, body, and eating. Amanda completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming and completed her dietetic internship through Meredith College.

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment
Our practice is self-pay. We do not accept insurance at this time. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for sessions.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48-hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged in full for the session.
